Compass Ministries is a community of people who want to help others find their way to God, and then guide them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We want to help each other trust God more-with all we have, in every area of our lives. We want to pray for and with one another to help us lean not on our own understanding of the world around us, but to look at life through Biblical eyes. When we go to God, prayer, the Holy Spirit, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the Scriptures (the living Word of God!)-we ask Him to guide our paths.
If you have doubts, we want to welcome you in. If you have questions, we want to help you find answers. If you have fears, we want to help you find peace. If you’re hungry for something more, come join us at Compass as we trust in the Lord and allow Him to guide our paths.

Mike and Erin Beckerink
Lead Pastors
Pastors Mike & Erin Beckerink are thrilled to serve in ministry together as a co-pastor couple. They met at Western Theological Seminary in a summer Greek class and fell in love parsing verbs from the Gospel of John on the shores of Lake MI in Holland, MI. They have three kids: Lucas, Grace, and Joseph. Lucas is continuing his education at Cedarville University, while Grace and Joseph finish their high school days at Clymer Central School. They were ordained in the RCA, and have served in Clymer since 2002. Mike also has a woodshop he loves to build and create in. They strive to live out the abundance of life Jesus offers in John 10:10 and are excited to trust in the Lord and see how He directs their paths in Compass Ministries.
